  3. Mix 10 tbsp flour, a pinch of black pepper, chopped garlic, a cup of water and a pinch of salt in a bowl (batter)
  4. Mix 9 tbsp corn flour and a pinch of salt (dry ingredients)
  5. Floured chicken into the batter then coat chicken in dry ingredients
  6. Fry chicken pok-pok (deep fry) until golden brown.
  7. Serve it with tomato sauce and Mayonnaise ;)
